Compute is metered but capped. When you reach your included AI compute allowance, new AI features pause until you ask us to raise it. Nothing is charged automatically: no automatic overage, no surprise bills. If that ever changes, we tell you in advance.
Full price is the price everyone pays. The one exception is the optional Founding Labs rate below. The first 3–5 labs get it locked for 12 months, reverting to list at their own month-13 renewal, never as a surprise. Prices in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable tax.

Most labs do, and the spreadsheet is usually right about last month. Three things it cannot do, and this is the whole difference:
- It can’t hold the whole path. A spreadsheet models the steps someone remembered to put in it. The cost that hides in handoffs, requeues and shared instruments is exactly the cost nobody types into a sheet.
- It can’t tell you what’s limiting you at 2× volume. Your constraint today is not your constraint after growth. Getting that wrong is a six-figure instrument bought to relieve a bottleneck that had already moved.
- It can’t grade the call you made. A spreadsheet is rewritten every time the numbers change, so last year’s forecast is gone and nobody can say whether the decision worked. That record is the thing you cannot rebuild later, and it is why the price reverts at renewal rather than being discounted forever.
If your spreadsheet already does all three, you do not need us.

- Every decision you commit carries a frozen forecast, graded later against your own actuals, down to your actual cost drivers (labor hours and reagent spend), not just a lump COGS line
- CMS fee-schedule rate files loaded and your whole menu re-priced against them
- An exportable, CFO-grade business case and board packet
- An AI copilot grounded in your own numbers: it models scenarios, troubleshoots and drafts changes for you to apply (it never edits on its own); metered to your monthly AI-compute allowance, and it pauses with no surprise bill when you reach it
- AI-assisted setup: paste a test menu, SOP or billing export and it scaffolds your model and maps your columns; text-only and PHI-screened, and an admin can switch all AI off lab-wide
- Unlimited seats: reviewer, advisor and consultant seats are free; no per-seat fees or seat counting
Two of these work on day one; the third takes a quarter. Modeling and the binding constraint work on real numbers the moment you open the lab. Grading a decision takes a quarter: it has to be committed and your actuals have to arrive before anything can be scored, so until a founding lab completes a full cycle, the graded view we can show you is a seeded example.
